Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

A Construction Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel, commercial, and residential construction projects, focusing on project planning, coordination, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Coordination:
    • Lead the planning and execution of hotel, commercial, and residential construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
    • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resources plans, taking into account various factors such as timelines, costs, and personnel requirements.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project objectives are met.
    • Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving and Risk Management:
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks and problems that may impact project success.
    • Develop and implement contingency plans to address unexpected issues or setbacks.
  • Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:
    • Monitor and evaluate project performance against established goals and objectives.
