We are seeking a skilled construction project manager to oversee landed residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of local building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landed residential construction projects.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets in alignment with development objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, and other consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
  • SUPERVISE CONTRACTORS, SUBCONTRACTORS, AND SITE TEAMS TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH DESIGN, QUALITY, AND SAFETY STANDARDS.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any technical or operational issues.
  • Manage procurement and logistics for materials and site equipment.
  • Ensure adherence to local building codes, permits, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare progress reports, cash flow forecasts, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Handle change orders, variations, and project risk assessments proactively.
  • Oversee the handover process, including snagging, defect rectification, and final inspections.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing landed residential construction projects with a proven track record of completed projects.
  • Solid knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
  • Able to manage multiple houses/projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Familiar with local quality standards, eg. BCA Greenmark (preferred).
  • Possess a valid driver's license and willing to travel to project sites.
