Job Description">

Our team seeks an accomplished and creative Residential Design Lead to spearhead the full-suite design process, from concept to construction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis through interviews, surveys, and site visits
  • Develop tailored design proposals that align with clients' lifestyles and functional requirements
  • Ensure all design scopes comply with local building regulations and condo/landed housing rules
  • Create 2–3 style concepts per project and develop detailed construction drawings
  • Oversee the design transition into site execution, ensuring accuracy and feasibility

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of interior design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture

• Minimum 5 years of full-suite design experience, preferably in residential projects

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and 3D MAX

• Knowledge of local building materials and market pricing

• Familiarity with construction standards for HDBs, condominiums, and landed homes

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
