Role Summary

A creative and experienced residential designer is needed to lead the full-suite design process from concept to construction.

You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless project execution and ensure that designs meet regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis through interviews, surveys, and site visits
  • Produce client needs reports tailored to family structure, lifestyle, and functional requirements
  • Create 2–3 style concepts per project and develop detailed construction drawings
  • Ensure consistency across hard finishes, furnishings, and smart home integrations
  • Oversee the design transition into site execution, ensuring accuracy and feasibility
Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Coordination: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
  2. Design Development: Develop tailored design proposals based on client needs and preferences.
  3. Quality Control: Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with specifications.
Requirements

This role requires a strong foundation in interior design principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in full-suite design
  • BCA-certified designers have an added advantage

The ideal candidate will be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and 3D MAX, with knowledge of local building materials and market pricing.

Familiarity with construction standards for HDBs, condominiums, and landed homes is also required.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin are essential for effective collaboration with clients and vendors.
