Our services range from commercial to residential projects; complete refurbishment, interior decoration, space planning, lighting design, bespoke furniture and kitchen design.

**SCOPE OF WORKS**:

- Creative individual with good design flair

- Consultant and adviser to the design team
- Work closing with Associate/ Creative Director to define the scope of works and pitch strategy
- Handle of commercial projects ranging from Retails, Hotels & Office etc
- Handle of residential projects ranging from HDB, Condo, Landed Property etc

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma/ Bachelors' Degree in Interior Design or ID Architecture
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, 3D Max/ Vray/ Sketchup/ Photoshop
- Minimum 1 year or more of relevant experience as an Interior Designer, with a focus on Commercial interior design
- Expert knowledge of the design process, including M&E and detail construction drawings, color & materials
- Expert knowledge of furniture/carpentry systems, specifications and detailing
- Self-motivated, hardworking, willing to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Skilled in conceptual thinking and experiential design
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
