Interior Design Professional Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Interior Designer to join our team, delivering high-quality residential projects across Singapore.

  • This role involves working with clients to understand their requirements and lifestyle needs, preparing accurate quotations and managing client expectations on scope & budget.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in interior design, focusing on residential projects (HDB, condo, landed). They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.

About the Role

This is a full-time position offering an attractive salary package, including base pay and commission-based incentives. You will work closely with our dedicated design team to deliver exceptional results and meet client satisfaction targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients, understand their requirements & lifestyle needs.
  • Work with our design team to translate client needs into clear briefs.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage client expectations on scope & budget.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure works meet design intent & quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Ensure timelines and budgets are respected.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years solid experience in interior design, with a focus on residential (HDB, condo, landed).
  • Strong client-facing skills – professional, confident, and able to build trust.
  • Good understanding of renovation workflows and site progress.
  • Able to communicate clearly with clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Highly organised, accountable, and solution-oriented.
