**Job Overview**

We are seeking a like-minded interior designer to join our growing design team. You will be reporting directly to our studio design principal. If you thrive in a fast-paced, exciting environment where you get guidance in interior project inception to completion, we want to hear from you If you are also the right person for our studio, there is potential growth in a leadership/management role as the studio team grows This role is available immediately.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences, functional needs, and budgetary constraints.
- Create and present design proposals, including mood boards, color schemes, and 3D visualizations.
- Develop detailed interior design plans, including space planning, furniture layout, and material selection.
- Select and source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories that align with the client's vision and design concept.
- Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure design integrity and project success.
- Provide guidance and supervision during the construction or renovation process to ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and technology advancements in the field.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Attend site meetings and/or conduct site measurements
- Ability to prioritize and service multiple projects concurrently.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proficiency in using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of space planning, color theory, and materials selection
- Excellent visual and spatial awareness, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
