We are seeking a skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing general office administration and support services, including filing, scanning, and organizing contracts and documents. This role is ideal for individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support services to the team, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Assist with data entry and maintenance of records
- Develop and maintain filing systems and ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other software applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
