Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software application support, with proven leadership and strategic planning skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of application support best practices and ITIL frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., PHP, Python, ) and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
