About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain the learning management system to ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
  • Train the region on platform operations and create new online courses.
  • Create online HR-related training content and work with internal stakeholders for content development.
  • Collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth LMS operations.
  • Be the LMS champion for the region for related queries.
  • Coordinate and administer duties for Leadership Academy.
  • Maintain training records and training costs.
  • Ensure prompt reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools, particularly hands-on experience with ChatGPT for tasks or productivity.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Moodle, H5P, and SurveyGizmo preferred.
  • Prior experience with HRIS system preferred.
  • Strong operational knowledge in a relevant industry is advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, Canva) and digital literacy.
