Mandai Wildlife Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore.

  • We are seeking a fun-loving and creative individual to engage and entertain guests through creating memorable experiences via Toy Doctor activities and workshops.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring positive customer interactions and guest satisfaction, communicating clearly with guests and team members, and delivering basic toy repair and restoration services.
  • This role requires someone who can work well under pressure, maintain high guest satisfaction scores, and upholds the organization's values of excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, care for wildlife, and sustainability.
  • The ideal candidate will also be able to assist in driving sales and experience conversion, learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services, and share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and related information to enhance guest experience.
  • To succeed in this role, you should have minimum GCE 'N' levels, at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience, and possess good communication skills.
  • You should also be able to work on weekends and public holidays, have a passion for service, and be willing to learn and adapt to new ideas and situations.
  • Furthermore, this position requires a friendly, approachable, and patient individual who can effectively handle customer queries and complaints, and maintain store cleanliness and ensure Toy experiences are well represented.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
  • At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
  • Fun-loving, able to engage and entertain children of all ages.
  • Creative and receptive to new ideas.
  • Friendly, approachable, with a passion for service.
  • Service-oriented, patient, with good communication skills.
  • Interested in or possess basic sewing skills.
  • Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
