Key Responsibilities- Lead staff to engage and entertain audience through creative experiential activities and workshops, instilling interest in guests for their participation and revisits.
- Ensure positive customer interactions with guests, communicate clearly, and deliver basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and precision.
- Address any customer queries and complaints, and be responsible for guest satisfaction scores for Toy Doctor.
- Uphold Mandai Wildlife Group values - Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability.
- Assist Supervisor in driving Toy Doctor sales and experience conversion.
- Through data analytics, provide suggestions to increase sales and meet targets.
- Learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services.
- Stay up-to-date and share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and information to provide a holistic experience to guests.
- Lead and facilitate workshops and activities.
- Operate booking systems and customer data retrieval systems to ensure smooth centre operations.
- Upkeep store cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring Toy experiences are well-represented.
- Minimum GCE 'O' level qualification.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in customer service-related roles.
- Fun-loving, able to engage and entertain children of all ages.
- Creative and receptive to new ideas.
- Service-oriented, patient, and good communicator.
- Able to lift heavy stocks and stand long hours.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
