Hands-On Enthusiasm - Not afraid of getting your hands (or clothes) a little messy while working on repairs. Craftsmanship Mindset - A keen eye for detail, hunger to learn new skills daily, and a commitment to mastering the art of toy restoration. Creativity & Problem-Solving - Every patient is unique; you're excited by challenges and enjoy finding innovative solutions. Collaboration & Communication - Able to work independently and as part of a supportive team. Accountability & Ownership - Having the courage to own up to mistakes, then think of ways to rectify it. Owning the work that you have been assigned to. Adaptability - Comfortable handling multiple projects and deadlines. Requirements Good eyesight for fine sewing and detail work. Basic math to measure patterns. Knowledge of different types of fabrics and to choose the appropriate fabric for various situations. Creativity. Attention to detail. Able to cope with physical demands of the job. Normal colour vision. Role Details Working Hours : 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. Commitment : Minimum 6 months. Age: Above 21 years old. Workplace : In-person; in a non-airconditioned, well-ventilated studio.
