Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort. Responsibilities Motivate and lead staff to engage and entertain audiences through Toy Doctor experiential activities and workshops, instil interest in guests for participation and revisits. Ensure positive customer interactions with guests. Communicate with guests and Toy Doctors clearly and deliver basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and precision. Address customer queries and complaints; responsible for guest satisfaction scores for Toy Doctor and GBR. Uphold Mandai Wildlife Group values — ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability). Assist Supervisor in driving Toy Doctor sales and experience conversion. Provide data-driven suggestions to increase sales (e.g., best sellers, experience, conversion, average spend) to meet targets or budgets. Learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services. Share relevant park membership, conservation efforts and related information to provide a holistic guest experience. Lead and facilitate workshops and activities. Operate booking and customer data retrieval systems to ensure smooth centre operations. Maintain store cleanliness and represent Toy experiences effectively. Operate point-of-sales system and backend processes with accurate sales and inventory management. Execute other administrative activities as needed. Qualifications Minimum GCE ‘O’ level. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant customer service experience. Fun-loving, able to engage and entertain children of all ages. Creative and receptive to new ideas. Friendly, approachable, with a passion for service. Service-oriented, patient with good communication skills. Interested in or possess basic sewing skills. Able to lift heavy stocks and stand for long hours. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
