Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Responsibilities
- Engage and entertain guests through creating memorable experiences via Toy Doctor activities and workshops, encouraging participation and revisits.
- Ensure positive customer interactions and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate clearly with guests and Toy Doctors, delivering basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and precision.
- Address customer queries and complaints, maintaining high guest satisfaction scores.
- Uphold Mandai Wildlife Group values – ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
- Assist in driving Toy Doctor sales and experience conversion.
- Learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services.
- Share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and related information to enhance guest experience.
- Operate booking and customer data systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure Toy experiences are well represented.
- Operate point-of-sale and backend systems, ensuring sales and inventory accuracy.
- Perform administrative activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Fun-loving, able to engage and entertain children of all ages.
- Creative and receptive to new ideas.
- Friendly, approachable, with a passion for service.
- Service-oriented, patient, with good communication skills.
- Interested in or possess basic sewing skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
