Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks, connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
Responsibilities- Engage and entertain guests through creating memorable and meaningful experiences via Toy Doctor experiential activities and workshops, instilling interest in guests for their participation and revisits.
- Ensure positive customer interactions with guests.
- Communicate clearly with guests and Toy Doctors, delivering basic toy repair and restoration with empathy and precision.
- Address customer queries and complaints, responsible for guest satisfaction scores for Toy Doctor, GBR.
- Uphold Mandai Wildlife Group values – ETHICS (Excellence, Teamwork, Hospitality, Integrity, Care for Wildlife, Sustainability).
- Assist Supervisor in driving Toy Doctor sales and experience conversion.
- Learn and provide basic toy repair and restoration services.
- Stay up-to-date and share relevant park membership, conservation efforts, and related information to enhance guest experience.
- Operate booking and customer data retrieval systems for smooth centre operations.
- Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, ensuring Toy experiences are well represented.
- Operate point-of-sales and backend systems, ensuring sales and inventory accuracy.
- Perform administrative activities as required.
- Minimum GCE 'N' levels.
- At least 1 year of relevant customer service experience.
- Fun-loving; able to engage and entertain children of all ages.
- Creative and receptive to new ideas.
- Friendly, approachable, with a passion for service.
- Patient, with good communication skills.
- Interested in or possess basic sewing skills.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
