Job Overview:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a transformative technology that allows users to configure software robots to replicate and integrate human interactions with digital systems to execute business processes. These software robots utilize user interfaces to capture data and navigate applications similarly to human users. They interpret data, trigger responses, and communicate with other systems to perform various repetitive, rule-based tasks.

The RPA Specialist will oversee the complete delivery of RPA projects and enhance the RPA capabilities within the organization. This includes gathering requirements, mapping processes, designing solutions, developing robots, and providing post-production support to business users. Candidates should possess experience in RPA technology and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify appropriate RPA use cases.
  • Gather business requirements from process owners and map workflows across various functions.
  • Analyze process workflows and implement process improvement methodologies.
  • Create comprehensive process documentation, including scorecards, process definitions, solution designs, and user manuals.
  • Design, test, and deploy RPA solutions following the established delivery lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot reported issues, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Identify best practices and promote continuous improvement in RPA solutions.
  • Facilitate RPA-related training for local and international business units.
  • Provide mentorship to business users.
  • Publish informative articles related to RPA for stakeholders.
  • Initiate new RPA projects to enhance adoption within the business.
  • Collaborate within a team, taking the initiative to learn from one another.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in RPA implementation using UiPath is preferred.
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement techniques.
  • Interest in developing RPA solutions, libraries, and functionalities.
  • Familiarity with .NET classes and objects.
  • Experience with markup languages such as HTML and XML.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (C#, Python, Java, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds, both technical and non-technical.
  • Recent graduates in Engineering or Information & Communication Technology will also be considered.
