About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Beckhoff Automation Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the industrial automation market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets in market segments and customer channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, OEMs, consultants, contractors, and end-users in the target segments
  • Drive and support the country-specific business plan to achieve sales targets
  • Manage and develop sales teams to ensure effective sales execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial controls and automation (sales and/or technical)
  • Strong background in automation solutions with PLC/NC and PC technology
  • Good knowledge of the Philippine automation market
  • Good sales and marketing skills with industrial customers
  • Proactive, self-starter, and team player
