Job Title:
Patient Service Representative

About the Role:

This role offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.

As a Patient Service Representative, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding customer care and supporting our team in achieving excellent results.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming patients and registering them accurately
  • Scheduling appointments with confidence and efficiency
  • Coodinating referrals to specialists in a timely manner
  • Handling billing, payments, and customer enquiries effectively
  • Managing patient concerns and escalating when necessary
  • Providing clear communication and superior customer service
  • Supporting Health Monitoring Station (taking height, weight, and BP measurements)

Requirements:
  • A background in customer service or administration is beneficial
  • Able to start work early (6:30am shift) with flexibility
  • Must be comfortable with pre-employment medical checks and vaccinations
