RESPONSIBILITIES

The Patient Service Associate will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.

  • Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and dispensing of medication
  • Attend to walk in and call in patients' enquiries
  • Manage patients' feedback and enquiries
  • Perform service recovery
  • Prepare patients' records and documentation pre- and post- consultation and procedures
  • Provide post-consultation instructions where necessary
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, stationery for clinic
  • Perform any duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum secondary education
  • Minimally 1 year of experience working in outpatient setting preferred
  • Customer service oriented
  • Conversant in basic computer skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Cheerful and pleasant personality
  • Able to commit to 5.5 day work week - Mon-Fri (full day), Sat (half day)
