Business Analyst/System Analyst Position

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst/System Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst/System Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving an organization's IT systems by analyzing business requirements, identifying system and software needs, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current IT systems and business models to identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather and document user and system requirements through consultations, interviews, and observations.
  • Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
  • Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement and integrate systems.
  • Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a System analyst/Application Consultant or in a similar IT role.
  • Strong technical skills, including Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, and web application support.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
