Business Systems Optimization Professional
Elevate an organization's success by streamlining IT systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
About This Role
- Assess current IT systems and business models to identify areas for enhancement.
- Document user and system requirements through consultation, interview, and observation.
- Develop functional specifications and system design documents.
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and stakeholders to implement and integrate systems.
- Ensure that solutions meet business goals through testing and validation.
- Provide technical support and training to users.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues post-implementation.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a system analyst or in a similar IT role is preferred. Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL are essential.
What We're Looking For
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience.
- Oracle SQL and PL/SQL expertise.
- Strong business analysis skills.
- System testing and design abilities.
- Technical design and support capabilities.
