About the job: Business Improvement Specialist
You will play a pivotal role in enhancing and streamlining business processes through the strategic use of CRM solutions. As a Business Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements for CRM initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions that meet the needs of our organization, and facilitating workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
* Analyze and document business requirements for CRM initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement CRM solutions
* Facilitate workshops and discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements
* Recommend process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of CRM systems
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
* Provide training and support for end-users on CRM processes and systems
* Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
* At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on CRM software
* Proven experience with CRM software and related systems
* Strong understanding of business processes, including customer service and sales
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in an accessible way
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
