NTUC is seeking a highly effective Business Improvement Specialist to join our Industry Partnership Group in our department dedicated to employment and employability. In this role, you will support our sub-department by coordinating, reviewing, and improving work processes to better organize and facilitate our services and programs for companies on their manpower needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pro-actively drive improvements on work processes and initiatives across teams within the Group and across Groups within the organization.
- Engage various stakeholders to analyze, review, and get buy-in to push for continuous improvements.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to prepare monthly reports and analyze trends.
- Organize group sharing sessions to enable cross-learning across teams within the Group.
- Coordinate with government agencies and internal stakeholders on national initiatives and programs to support workers on employment and employability.
- Follow-up with internal stakeholders on retrenchment notifications, track and update retrenchment database.
- Design, pilot, and scale cross-sectors initiatives that will enhance the reach of Company Training Committees (CTCs) and the organization's programs to external stakeholders such as organizing partnership-related events and conducting business development activities.
Requirements:
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous, self-driven, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Good in conceptualization and developing new ideas.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in outreach and business development preferred.
• Designation and salary will commensurate with experience.
