Digital Transformation Specialist Job

This role involves coordinating procurement activities for IT equipment and services, maintaining an accurate inventory of IT assets, and providing Level 1 IT Helpdesk support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Management: Coordinate procurement activities for IT equipment and services, including liaison with vendors, obtaining quotations, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
  • IT Asset Management: Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, track contract deliverables, and generate reports for internal reviews and audits.
  • End-User Support: Provide Level 1 IT Helpdesk support, assist with basic web application troubleshooting, and support onboarding and offboarding processes from an IT perspective.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience, or relevant internship or project exposure.

Suitable Skills & Competencies:

  • Good understanding of IT procurement and contract administration processes.
  • Familiarity with IT asset lifecycle management.
  • Basic knowledge of networking, IT systems, and software tools.
