IT Leadership Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our IT department and drive the company's technology strategy forward. As an IT leader, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring data security and integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the organization's IT infrastructure to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical support for computer systems, hardware, and software to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops and laptops to ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to provide timely IT support and ensure compliance with service level agreements.
  • Set up and manage firewalls to safeguard against potential threats.
  • Administer company servers, Microsoft 365, OneDrive, and SharePoint to ensure data security and integrity.
  • Develop and enforce IT policies to protect data security and integrity.
  • Work with departments to assess and implement technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Report regularly on IT projects and system performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT system management.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with AutoCount Software, reporting tools, and integrations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Visual Studio and database design.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Able to handle multiple projects and work under pressure.
