Job Title: Luxury Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly resourceful and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Luxury Service Coordinator.

This role requires the ability to thrive on problem-solving and creating exceptional experiences for high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Researching and booking flights, hotels, car services, rentals, and curated activities
  • Securing dinner reservations, shows, concerts, and VIP event access
  • Sourcing and coordinating vetted service providers such as chefs, nannies, doctors, auto detailers, and more
  • Recommending, purchasing, and sourcing specialty items, luxury gifts, and flowers
  • Overseeing day-to-day tasks such as grocery shopping and car servicing
  • Logging and tracking member requests within our system
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in luxury concierge, lifestyle management, or personal/executive assistant roles
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives
  • Proven success in handling multiple complex requests simultaneously with accuracy and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling platforms, booking systems, and productivity tools
