Senior BIM Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation of BIM processes and techniques across various projects.

  • Develop and implement BIM workflows, standards, and best practices to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Collaborate with design consultants, contractors, and sub-contractors to promote integrated practice.
  • Review and coordinate designs, models, and drawings to ensure constructability and feasibility.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage BIM for coordination, sequencing, and as-built models.
  • Oversee project activities to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain discipline-related authoring tool experience and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BIM modeling, execution planning, and related fields.
  • Proven track record of working with multiple authoring tools and maintaining discipline-related expertise.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
