Senior High Tech Account Executive

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at MongoDB Singapore PTE. LTD.

Job Description

The Senior High Tech Account Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth in their designated territory, developing new business opportunities, and executing territory plans to achieve targets. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a consultative approach to selling complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, qualification, account mapping, and presentations;
  • Effectively utilize sales tools for pipeline development, tracking opportunity progress (Forecasting), and developing monthly, quarterly level forecasts;
  • Responsible for all aspects of the selling process - Identify, Qualify, Sell, Close, and Coordinate for all volume business in a designated territory;
  • Generate leads using networking and other sales tools; Qualify, Sell, and Close deals;
  • Resolve Availability needs and Objectives; Gain agreement of proposed solution / Services, tying back to customer business drivers;
  • Close significant sales across multiple Accounts across assigned territory;
  • Accurate Forecasting of business, previous experience with Salesforce.com is ideal;
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of sales closing experience in software/technology solutions;
  • Ability to present & excellent listening skills;
  • A proactive, consultative selling approach;
  • A strong network of relationships with key decision-makers in small/medium & large-sized companies in the respective territory;
  • Experience with Lead generation and sales closure;
  • Strong exposure to handling the assigned Market Track record of maintaining relationships with accounts;
  • Experience working with Channels & Ecosystems of ASEAN;
  • Proficiency in Bahasa, Vietnamese, or Thai is a plus, as this role involves partnering closely with clients in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Thailand, where the ability to pitch and present complex sales solutions in these languages may be beneficial;
  • Perseverant with the ability to meet deadlines and targets;
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a proven track record of professional achievements;
Estimated Salary:

$80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
