Job Overview

The role of Asia Pacific Captive Solutions Leader involves driving the strategic direction, growth and operational excellence within the designated region.

Main Responsibilities

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 12 years in a senior leadership role within insurance, preferably within the captives solutions area.
  • Asia and Pacific market experience.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate, negotiate and drive outcomes with stakeholders.
  • Significant progressive leadership experience, stakeholder management experience with gravitas and credibility.
