Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Assistant to join our team at Recruit Express Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for payroll and employee-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Administration
- Gather and process payroll data, including timesheets and working schedules, to ensure accurate and timely payment.
- Perform government-paid leave and claim administration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Employee Record Management
- Ensure physical and digital employee records are properly documented and up-to-date, meeting audit requirements.
- Process and complete all documentation and updates for HRIS, covering the entire employee life cycle.
- Support Services
- Provide administrative and logistical support for events and HR-related activities.
- Order get-well hampers, baby gifts, and other items as required.
- Assist with the issuance of staff uniforms.
- Other Responsibilities
- Perform other payroll and benefits administration projects and assignments as assigned.
Requirements
- Education
- Diploma from a related discipline, such as human resources or business administration.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of employment law, HR practices, and procedures related to payroll and CPF.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle frequent interruptions and balance multiple tasks.
- Maintain high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Good team player with minimal supervision.
