Infection Prevention Specialist - Infection Control Equipment & Consumables.
We are seeking a highly skilled Infection Prevention Specialist to join our team. As an Infection Prevention Specialist, you will play a critical role in preventing healthcare-associated infections and promoting a safe environment for patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement infection prevention strategies to reduce the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with infection prevention policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement evidence-based practice guidelines.
- Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention and control practices.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of infection prevention strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of working experience in relevant field.
- Prior sales or project management experience in Infection Control Equipment for CSSD will be an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent in presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong team player with proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Project).
