">About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing laboratory operations, ensuring adherence to NABH/NABL guidelines, and implementing infection control protocols. This role involves supervising the processing of microbiology specimens, reporting results, and heading the Hospital Infection Control Committee (HICC).
Key responsibilities include conducting surveillance and audits for infection control across hospital departments, leading the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (AMSP), and organizing training sessions for medical professionals and support staff. Maintaining detailed documentation of infection control activities, rates of hospital-acquired infections, antibiograms, and surveillance data is essential.
">Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of post-MD experience in a hospital setting
- Strong understanding of NABH/NABL guidelines and hospital infection control practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to train and lead teams
