Senior Prevention and Control of Infection Nurse
  • An exciting opportunity awaits for a Band 7 Senior Prevention and Control of Infection Nurse role within the Prevention and Control of Infection Team at NHS Golden Jubilee. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate nurse to become part of our proactive team, contributing to the design and implementation of the NHS Golden Jubilee Prevention and Control of Infection Programme.The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:- Demonstrated extensive experience in a Prevention and Control of Infection environment at Band 6 level or above.- Possession of a Specialist Nursing Qualification/Postgraduate qualification in Prevention and Control of Infection.- Proficiency in quality improvement initiatives and change management.- A proactive and positive "Can Do" attitude towards challenges.The role will involve participation in the department's on-call service, requiring the post holder to assist in its delivery effectively. Situated on the picturesque banks of the River Clyde, NHS Golden Jubilee offers convenient and free on-site car parking for staff.
