Job Title: Strategic Human Capital Advisor
    A forward-thinking HR professional is sought to join our organization as a Strategic Human Capital Advisor. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on human resources matters, driving strategic initiatives and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to inform headcount planning and drive strategic workforce development.
  • Monitor and manage employee movement, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.
  • Identify talent development needs and collaborate with learning teams to design impactful programs.
  • Manage internal transfers, secondments, and exchange programs, ensuring policy compliance.
  • Provide day-to-day HR advisory support on employee relations, policy guidance, and performance management.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient HR administration aligned with organizational policies and processes.
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to deliver key initiatives and drive a positive employee experience.

Requirements:
  • 6-10 years of progressive HR experience in a similar advisory capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively across teams.
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
