At the forefront of innovation, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead our non-human identity strategy. This pivotal role demands an individual with a deep understanding of security and resiliency engineering, as well as exceptional interpersonal skills to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.

This position offers the opportunity to drive organizational transformation through strategic design, implementation, and management of non-human identity policy, governance, and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in IAM architecture, proven ability to develop and enforce standards, procedures, and controls, and serve as a subject matter expert for non-human identity management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive non-human identity strategy, aligning with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Cultivate partnerships with IT, DevOps, and business units to integrate IAM controls into application and infrastructure pipelines.
  • Evaluate and recommend cutting-edge IAM technologies, tools, and automation to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.

Architecture & Engineering

  • Design, implement, and operate scalable, resilient, and secure IAM solutions for non-human identities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and engineer IAM solutions that meet business needs.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, risks, and incidents related to non-human identities.

Operations & Resiliency

  • Lead day-to-day operations of non-human identity management, including provisioning, de-provisioning, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Develop and execute resiliency plans to ensure continuity and rapid recovery of IAM services.
  • Analyze and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities in IAM systems.

Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership

  • Foster strong relationships with senior executives, auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders to promote alignment and cooperation.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IAM engineers and analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences, influencing decision-making at all levels.
