We are seeking a talented Bioanalytical Research Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission.

  • Conduct bioanalytical testing of our drug pipeline, including stability tests, physicochemical and structural characterization, forced degradation studies, purity and impurity testing, etc.
  • Develop and validate methods, design new approaches or refine existing ones to meet changing requirements during drug development.
  • Collect and analyze data, perform statistical analysis, and present findings in reports or formal presentations.
  • Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of equipment, provide technical and scientific expertise as needed.
  • Collaborate with project management teams on dossier writing, report, and SOP review.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the Divisional Head.
  • Use various analytical techniques, including HPLC, UPLC, MS, CE-SDS, cIEF, FTIR, Chirascan, DSC, while maintaining good laboratory safety practices.
  • Accurately record and track study data, interpret, and communicate data internally.
  • Maintain the scientific integrity of studies conducted in their work areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in biomedical science, life science, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in R&D/QC is essential.
  • Familiarity with method development and validation parameters.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills, attention to detail.
