**R&D SPECIALIST**

**Responsibilities**:
**Sizing of Air Scrubber system based on acid or alkaline air pollutant, well versed in air flow design and design of ducting with sizing of centrifugal fan or blower.**

**Working very closely with sales and marketing team and client process team to acquire a deep understanding of the waste sources and recommend suitable process of PFD. **Prepare all relevant documents and drawings not limited to Flow diagrams, GA, technical specification etc.. For projects tendering.**

**Identify the new opportunities for treatment and recovery of wastewater treatment plant batch or continuous type and provide technical support to resale team on the commercialization of the recovery products during design process.**

**Responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process **resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents.**

**Establish cost-effective treatment/recovery method for new incoming industrial waste through working closely with operation departments.**

**Establish and expand the process and analytical capabilities in the laboratory.**

**Work on the continuous improvement of operation treatment through process optimization or with alternative treatment method.**

**Requirements**:
**Salary Range S$8500.00 - 11,000.00
