**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in the Surface Finishing Industry
- Good knowledge of the plating technologies requirements for the identified market - segments with focus on electronics
- Good team player
- experience in a multicultural working environment and employee management is an advantage (optional)
- able to speak Chinese or Japanese is an advantage (optional)

**Main responsibilities**:

- Support Advanced Plating R&D projects according to the priorities and roadmap provided by the R&D Manager
- Successful achievement of the deliverables in time and quality
- Usage of Design of Experiment (DOE) system to speed up developments
- Interface with key customers to better understand key requirements and expectations
- Interface from time to time with our worldwide R&D organizations in France and Japan
