Type of Contract: Permanent

**Position Summary**
- Support or lead Cat 2 or CAT3 R&D projects with a high impact on the business.
- Manage the project in alignment with NPDI and Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) initiative.
- Interact proactively with the other functions, especially the business lead and operations to ensure the overall project objectives are met.
- Manage projects in a timely fashion to deliver 60/40 winning product and commission new production line in accordance to business needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with Consumer Insights to support consumer qualitative/quantitative tests and gain insights from resulting research data
- Develop, propose and deliver concepts/products/processes/solutions with defined quality at agreed time and cost
- Contribute to overall project success by achievement of assigned project deliverables
- Manage stakeholders effectively through timely communication, reporting and presentation
- Anticipate issues and provide alternative solution(s)
- Write and update process guidelines and manufacturing instructions
- In a matrix like organization, to ensure adequate resources and competence levels, manage the resources (including budget) allocated to the project
- In a project-based organization, to provide effective leadership to the project team
- Facilitate work within the project team and enhance the interaction and collaboration between the various specialists, within the PTC and across R&D Units, Technical and Business Units and with external partners.
- Create synergies through effective networking with all relevant R&D Units, business partners, markets, SBUs, Head Office, external partners (Open Innovation)
- Interface between stakeholders, interact with business partners

**What will make you successful**
- Has experience working on projects at school or during intenship (eg formulation, commissioning, etc...)
- Has demonstrated the courage and ability to take decisions and solve problems
- Has proven communication skills (Presents confidently and convincingly to steering committees.)
- Has experience in the briefing process
- Good negotiating skills would be a plus
- Demonstrated some product or project development skills
- Comfortable with ad-hoc traveling when required
