Location: Food Court/Coffeeshop
**Job Description**:
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Oversee and ensure the smooth daily operations of the drink stall within a food court or coffeeshop.
Manage customer transactions efficiently using cash registers or Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
Handle payments through various methods, including cash, credit cards, coupons, and cashless systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional, empathetic, and positive demeanor.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines when preparing and serving food and beverages, including Desserts, Dim Sums, Drinks, Fruits, or "A Taste of Nanyang."
Minimize product wastage to meet gross profit (GP) targets.
Boost sales through upselling and efficient cost management.
Monitor and control inventory levels of perishable and non-perishable items.
Schedule and process orders using the e-PR system.
Conduct monthly stock checks and adhere to the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management principle.
Assist F&B supervisors in creating effective team schedules to maximize productivity and manage labor budgets.
Support the recruitment, training, and development of F&B staff.
Contribute to the development of new in-house products.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and licensing requirements.
**Training**
Comprehensive classroom and on-the-job training will be provided to help new hires gain an in-depth understanding of the company and its operations.
**Job Requirements**
Passionate about the F&B industry and its operational processes.
A degree in F&B, supply chain management, or a related discipline.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficient in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Willing to work weekends and public holidays.
Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive working relationships.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
