  • As an Associate Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) at Brightpath Associates LLC, your primary responsibility is to generate new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential clients through calls and emails. You will be targeting HR Directors, CHROs, VPs of HR, and Chief People Officers, as well as Hiring Managers to offer our staffing solutions across various industries such as Manufacturing, Professional Services, Engineering, and Business Consulting.Your key responsibilities will include making 100-200 outbound calls daily, sending targeted emails to decision-makers, transferring leads to senior Account Managers, and selling executive search and recruitment services through cold calling and outbound sales presentations. You will also be required to identify client staffing needs, provide tailored staffing solutions, and demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.In addition to lead generation activities, you will also be involved in sourcing and recruiting candidates, screening their qualifications, and submitting their profiles to the Account Manager. Utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, referrals, and direct recruitment methods, you will coordinate and schedule job postings, interviews, and client meetings.To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry, IT/ITES recruitment sales, or a similar role. You must have strong phone-based outreach skills, the ability to work remotely with high-speed internet access, and a dedicated home workspace free from distractions. Additionally, you should be willing to attend virtual meetings and training sessions.In terms of compensation, you will earn performance-based earnings for each candidate profile successfully submitted and placed into a client interview.
