  • As an Associate Business Development Executive (Lead Generation) at Brightpath Associates LLC, a Bethany, CT-based recruitment and staffing firm specializing in Non-IT sectors, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively reach out to potential clients through calls and emails, aiming to secure job requirements from HR Directors, CHROs, VPs of HR, and Hiring Managers.Your key responsibilities will include making 100-200 outbound calls daily, sending targeted emails to decision-makers, and transferring leads to senior Account Managers for further communication and closure. You will be selling executive search and recruitment services through cold calling, outbound sales presentations, and networking activities, identifying client staffing needs, and providing tailored staffing solutions.Additionally, you will demonstrate excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. You will also work on sourcing and recruiting candidates, submitting their profiles to the Account Manager, and coordinating job postings, interviews, and client meetings. Utilizing multiple sourcing channels and screening candidates to ensure their qualifications align with job requirements will be part of your daily tasks.To qualify for this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience in the staffing industry, IT/ITES recruitment sales, or a similar role. You should be able to work remotely with access to a personal laptop and high-speed internet, possess a strong interest in the USA staffing and recruitment industry, and have proven experience in phone-based outreach and other lead-generation tools. A dedicated home workspace, the ability to attend virtual meetings and training sessions are essential requirements for this position.In terms of compensation and benefits, you will earn Rs 500 for each candidate profile successfully submitted, Rs 1,000 for every candidate placed into a client interview, and a monthly salary ranging from Rs 20,000 to Rs 25,000, based on experience and expertise.
