As a Corporate Secretary, you will be responsible for managing corporate secretarial portfolios of entities within the group, which includes updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records, filing with relevant authorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage corporate secretarial portfolios of entities within the group, including updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records, filing with relevant authorities.
- Prepare board/shareholders resolutions, minutes, and other corporate documentation.
- Assist in Human Resource management and administrative duties.
- Liaise with insurers on general and medical insurance.
**Requirements:**
- Diploma in paralegal studies / SAICSA Executive Diploma in Corporate Administration or Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators qualification.
- Minimum 2 years corporate secretarial experience.
- Experience in drafting resolutions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Singapore citizen or PR.
