Regional Growth Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our regional marketing efforts, driving growth and brand visibility across the AMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global objectives.
- Oversee product development, lifecycle management, and market fit for both manufactured and OEM-sourced products.
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to guide product innovation and supplier selection.
- Lead the regional rollout of new products, including those from M&A activities and global portfolios.
- Define RACI across strategic, local, and field marketing functions; coordinate with sourcing, commercial excellence, and global teams.
- Drive brand visibility through targeted campaigns, web sites, digital initiatives, literature development, and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Provide product training, support sales events, and contribute to annual sales conference planning.
- Champion the Avantor Business System, implementing standard work and continuous improvement practices.
">Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: 15–20 years in a related industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Competencies: Results-driven, customer-focused, high integrity, and adept at navigating complex, cross-functional environments.
