To drive our growth and meet market demands, we are now hiring an experienced sales professional to join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive (LED Screens, Sound Equipment, and Lighting Equipment Rental).
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven individual with a strong client network to bring quality business opportunities to the company quickly. You will be responsible for promoting our LED screens, sound equipment, and lighting solutions, highlighting our competitive advantages and providing professional rental advice tailored to client needs.
You will also be tasked with maintaining and strengthening collaborations with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition and Conversion: Leverage your existing client network to bring quality business opportunities to the company quickly and build strong relationships with target groups, such as event planning companies and end-users.
- Sales and Business Promotion: Promote the company's LED screens, sound equipment, and lighting solutions, highlighting our competitive advantages and provide professional rental advice and customized solutions tailored to client needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen collaborations with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities and conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.
- Market Research and Feedback: Monitor market trends and competition closely, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making and gather client feedback to help improve products and services continually.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Aged under 35, young, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
- A strong network of contacts, particularly with event planning companies and end-users, is preferred.
- At least 2 years of sales experience in AV equipment rental or event planning-related industries, with the ability to hit the ground running.
- A strong sense of sales targets and results-driven mindset, capable of achieving independent sales performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client trust.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is a plus.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and able to handle tasks independently.
