Job Description
We are seeking a professional to lead and oversee the end-to-end learner experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in student services, adult education, academic administration, or career development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the student services team, delivering seamless, consistent, and efficient support, overseeing operational processes, and implementing strategies to enhance learner satisfaction.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities. The candidate should be able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including adult learners and external partners.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the learner lifecycle from initial enrollment to completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Lead the student services team to deliver a positive experience from pre-class to post-class and drive systems and SOPs to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance learner satisfaction to meet training standards and compliance with Quality Assurance requirements.
- Manage relationships with key government bodies and stakeholders to foster engagement and represent the organization in government discussions and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to cultivate a supportive and engaging learning ecosystem.
Operational Duties:
- Lead the operational and admin aspects of student services, including managing enrolment records, attendance records, scheduling, course registrations, and financial records.
- Ensure smooth administration of learner communications, including management of requests, feedback, complaints, and appeals.
- Review systems and processes for course administration and conduct regular improvements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in education, business administration, human resources, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in student services in adult education, academic administration, or career development.
- Strong knowledge of student services operations and best practices; prior leadership experience in a student-centered environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Working Schedule:
- Full-time position, with occasional evening or weekend hours for events and activities.
- Based at the academy campus, with potential for remote or hybrid work on administrative tasks.
- Some travel may be required for career fairs, employer meetings, and industry events.
