Job Overview

The role of a Student Services Manager is multifaceted, encompassing the oversight of learner experiences, management of administrative functions, and ensuring the seamless operation of student services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the entire learner lifecycle, guaranteeing a positive and cohesive experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance learner satisfaction and meet quality standards.
  • Foster relationships with government bodies and stakeholders, representing organizational interests.
Operational Duties:
  • Oversee operational and administrative aspects of student services, including enrolment records, attendance records, scheduling, course registrations, finance, and accounting records.
  • Ensure efficient administration of learner communication, including requests, feedback, complaints, and appeals.
  • Review systems and processes for course administration and conduct regular interval reviews for improvement.
Career Advisory Leadership:
  • Lead career advisory teams to provide learners with career guidance, industry insights, and personalized development plans.
  • Nurture relationships with industry partners, employers, and alumni to create internship, apprenticeship, and job placement opportunities.

Requirements
A Bachelor's degree in education or a related field, 5+ years of experience in student services, and strong knowledge of operations and best practices are required.
