DESIGNATION : Learner Experience Design Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design learning experiences in the classroom and in the online learning space by implementing practical and imaginative solutions to improve learning retention.
- Support Internal Units to conceptualize, design and develop Learning Activity exhibits for use in Learning Events.
- Utilizes best practice instructional design frameworks to design effective learning solutions which are learner-centered, relevant and engaging.
- Help define product direction and focus, working collaboratively with product managers and leadership.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of experience in user centered design.
- Professional qualification or higher degree in instructional design is desirable e.g. DACE, MAPE, MAIDT.
- Flexibility, a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and desire to work ultra-productively as part of a team is an absolute must.
