Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Early Childhood Education Lead Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring our teaching staff, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs for our young learners.

  • To lead and mentor teaching staff in the delivery of early childhood education programs.
  • To develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of our students and align with best practices in early childhood education.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to teaching staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop and implement curricula that meet the needs of our students and align with best practices in early childhood education.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and children to ensure a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and children.
